Joseph Michael Aliffi

Savannah- Joseph Michael Aliffi, 86, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Hospice House.
Born April 18, 1927, he was preceded in death by his parents, seven siblings, his son, Kerry, and granddaughter, Christina.
Survivors include his wife of sixty-five years, Dolores; seven children; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and his brother, Otto Aliffi.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2013 at the Islands Chapel of Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Catholic Cemetery. A reception will follow at the church social hall.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice Savannah, Inc., PO Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416.
